SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing

Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Large-quantity orders and orders containing out-of-stock items may require 4–7 business days before shipment. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

If an order requires additional processing time, Filament Foundry may contact the customer using the email address provided with the order.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Available shipping methods, rates, and any qualifying free-shipping option are displayed at checkout. Delivery time is separate from processing time and begins after the carrier receives the package. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Filament Foundry.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or been shipped.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information is sent to the email address associated with the order after the shipment is processed.

Damaged 3D Printed Items

If a 3D printed collectible arrives damaged, contact filamentfoundry3dprinting@gmail.com within 7 calendar days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
